📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager for Off-Exchange Settlement Integrations at Kraken, you will play a pivotal role in enabling institutional clients to trade securely on Kraken while maintaining custody of their assets with trusted third-party providers. This role is critical to expanding Kraken’s institutional footprint by building seamless, secure, and compliant settlement connectivity that bridges the exchange with leading custody and settlement platforms.
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for off-exchange settlement integrations, defining strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring delivery aligns with Kraken’s mission to accelerate global crypto adoption through institutional-grade infrastructure.
• Day to day, you will: define product requirements and integration frameworks for platforms like ClearLoop, Fireblocks, and similar custodial solutions; lead cross-functional discovery and design sessions with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to map technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and operational processes; coordinate with external vendors to align on scope, timelines, and technical dependencies; translate institutional client needs into scalable product capabilities that enhance capital efficiency, collateral management, and trading access; prioritize roadmap items based on business impact, regulatory constraints, and technical feasibility; drive end-to-end delivery from concept through launch, including testing, documentation, and go-to-market support; monitor integration performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and operational metrics; and serve as the primary product liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and transparency.
• You will sit within the Exchange Product pod, collaborating closely with a world-class team of engineers, designers, and product leaders who are deeply embedded in Kraken’s mission to build the most secure and innovative crypto exchange in the world. This team operates with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, fostering a culture of technical excellence, rigorous decision-making, and relentless focus on user outcomes.

• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in institutional trading infrastructure, custody solutions, and post-trade settlement systems—high-demand skills at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto. 🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of exchange infrastructure, custody, or post-trade settlement workflows.
• Experience working with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, finance, compliance, and external partners.
• Experience managing API-based integrations with third-party providers.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
