- • As a Senior Product Manager for Off-Exchange Settlement Integrations at Kraken, you will play a pivotal role in enabling institutional clients to trade securely on Kraken while maintaining custody of their assets with trusted third-party providers. This role is critical to expanding Kraken’s infrastructure for professional and institutional traders by building seamless, secure, and compliant settlement connectivity that bridges the exchange with leading custody and settlement platforms.
- • You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for off-exchange settlement integrations, defining strategy, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring delivery aligns with Kraken’s mission to accelerate global crypto adoption through secure, institutional-grade infrastructure.
- • Day to day, you will define product requirements and integration frameworks for platforms such as ClearLoop, Fireblocks, and similar institutional settlement solutions, translating complex custodial and trading workflows into clear, actionable specifications for engineering teams.
- • You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to design technical specifications, APIs, and operational processes that meet regulatory, contractual, and security standards while enabling efficient capital utilization for institutional clients.
- • You will coordinate directly with external vendors and partners to align on integration scope, timelines, testing protocols, and launch readiness, serving as the primary product liaison between Kraken and third-party settlement networks.
- • You will monitor and optimize launched integrations, gathering feedback from institutional users and internal stakeholders to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience over time.
- • You will sit within Kraken’s Exchange Product pod, a high-impact team focused on building the core trading infrastructure that powers Kraken’s spot, futures, and margin markets for retail, professional, and institutional clients globally.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in institutional crypto infrastructure, gain end-to-end ownership of complex B2B integrations, and contribute directly to products that shape how institutions interact with digital assets — positioning you as a leader in the evolving landscape of crypto-native financial systems.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.
- • Strong understanding of exchange infrastructure, custody, or post-trade settlement workflows, particularly in institutional trading environments.
- • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, finance, compliance, and external partners to deliver complex technical integrations.
- • Experience managing API-based integrations with third-party providers, including defining requirements, coordinating timelines, and ensuring operational readiness.
