  • • Own the complete patient journey—from the moment a prospective client lands on our platform to the instant they complete their first therapy session and every return visit thereafter. You will obsess over every click, form field, and micro-interaction to ensure that signing up, verifying coverage, selecting a therapist, booking an appointment, and entering the secure video room feel as effortless as ordering a ride-share.
  • • Ruthlessly optimize conversion funnels across web and mobile. You will run weekly A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, onboarding flows, and checkout screens; instrument analytics to surface drop-off points; and partner with Growth Marketing to turn anonymous traffic into scheduled appointments at industry-leading rates.
  • • Architect a flexible coverage engine that gracefully handles insurance eligibility checks, employer-sponsored benefits, and self-pay options in real time. You will work with Legal, Compliance, and Revenue Operations to ensure that pricing transparency, copay calculations, and EOB explanations are accurate, localized, and crystal-clear to patients.
  • • Re-imagine scheduling for behavioral health. You will build smart availability calendars that respect therapist licensure, state regulations, and patient preferences while minimizing friction and no-shows. Expect to integrate AI-driven nudges and reminders that reduce churn and increase session adherence.
  • • Elevate the in-session telehealth experience. You will define requirements for low-latency video, HIPAA-compliant messaging, interactive worksheets, and post-session feedback loops. Your roadmap will balance delight features (virtual backgrounds, emoji reactions) with accessibility and clinical safety.
  • • Champion AI as a daily co-pilot. You will prompt LLMs to generate user-story drafts, synthesize support-ticket themes, and surface experiment ideas. You’ll also explore generative-AI features—such as automated intake summaries or therapist matchmaking—that could cut onboarding time by 50%.
  • • Translate ambiguous problems into prioritized, measurable OKRs. You will write crisp PRDs, maintain a living roadmap in Jira, and defend prioritization trade-offs to executives. Expect to ship at least one major patient-facing release every month while balancing tech-debt and scalability needs.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally like a diplomat and a drill sergeant. You will run weekly design sprints with UX researchers, negotiate technical feasibility with engineers, and lock arms with Customer Success to turn qualitative pain points into quantified opportunities.
  • • Communicate with radical transparency. You will present KPI dashboards to the board, publish post-mortems in Slack, and host monthly “Voice of the Patient” sessions so the entire company hears real user stories first-hand.
  • • Lead with empathy and grit. You will internalize the lived experience of patients battling anxiety, depression, and trauma, then translate that empathy into product decisions that reduce stigma and increase access to care.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years owning end-to-end consumer digital products with demonstrable impact on conversion, activation, or retention
  • • Deep fluency in experimentation—designing, launching, and interpreting A/B tests, funnel analytics, and cohort analyses
  • • Proven track record shipping in fast-moving, resource-constrained startup environments
  • • Daily practitioner of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, etc.) for product ideation and execution
  • • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and residence in one of the listed states
