- • As a Senior Product Manager on Kraken’s Payments & Blockchain team, you will own and evolve a portfolio of payment rails across methods and geographies, directly influencing how customers fund and withdraw from their accounts and how efficiently those flows scale with the business.
- • Day to day, you will lead partner integrations with payment processors and banking partners, drive improvements in authorization rates and settlement speed, collaborate with fraud and compliance teams to ensure secure and regulatory-compliant flows, enhance user experience through experimentation and customer insights, and ensure scalability across consumer and pro trading apps and external on/off-ramps.

- • In this role, you will drive measurable impact on key business metrics like conversion, retention, and revenue, develop deep expertise in global payment ecosystems, lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, fraud, and compliance, and shape the future of accessible, reliable payments for retail and institutional users worldwide.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
- • Deep domain expertise in payment systems and rails, including bank transfers, card networks, and/or alternative payment methods
- • Experience working on both backend systems (e.g. payment orchestration, API integrations) and user-facing features
- • A strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on simplicity, trust, and conversion in payment flows
- • Collaborative and effective across engineering, design, fraud, compliance, and operations
- • Comfortable working with data to define and measure product impact
