📋 Description

• As Senior Product Manager for Personnel at Vanta, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical AI-enabled compliance hub that ensures accurate, connected, and compliant people data for customers, underpinning Vanta’s system of records vision and enabling enterprise-scale trust management.
• You will define how Vanta helps customers maintain an accurate system of record for people data, automate employee lifecycle workflows, and connect personnel data to compliance outcomes across frameworks, while leading the exploration and development of agentic AI-powered workflows that proactively surface compliance risks and automate remediation.
• You will partner across EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) and GTM (Go-to-Market) teams — including engineering, design, sales, solutions engineering, and customer success — to ship iteratively, drive adoption, and build scalable solutions serving startups through enterprise.
• You will drive deep customer discovery to understand how customers manage HR data, integrations, and personnel changes, translate qualitative insights into scalable product solutions, and establish clear KPIs for adoption, customer value, and business impact using quantitative and qualitative data to guide prioritization.
• You will grow in a mission-driven, kind, and talented team at Vanta, where you’ll expand your expertise in B2B SaaS product management, AI product development, HRIS integrations, data infrastructure, and enterprise go-to-market strategies while contributing to a platform that helps thousands of companies prove trust continuously.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of building for diverse customer segments including enterprise
• Technical fluency with APIs, HRIS integrations, and data infrastructure; able to partner effectively with engineering on complex systems architecture decisions
• Proven AI product experience — built AI-powered products or features and understand how to identify where AI creates meaningful differentiation and real customer value
• Strong PM foundation: structured thinking, sharp prioritization, and ability to balance big-picture strategy with pragmatic, iterative execution
• Customer-centric discovery skills — go deep with customers, translate qualitative insights into scalable product solutions, and distinguish between one-off requests and platform opportunities
• Experience working in upmarket or enterprise contexts — understand multi-stakeholder buying, data governance, and complexity of large-organization compliance
