- • Senior Product Manager role focused on owning infrastructure, security, and internal tooling that enables all other teams at Tremendous to ship reliably and securely.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the Platform team’s product roadmap, framing problems through research and analysis, collaborating with engineers and designers to devise solutions, and reporting on impact after launches—all within a fully remote, async, documentation-first culture.
- • Tremendous is a profitable, investor-free global payout platform trusted by 20,000 organizations including Atlassian, MIT, and United Way, known for its high employee NPS (high 80s) and low-meeting, high-documentation work environment.
- • In this role, you will develop deep technical fluency, influence cross-functional priorities without authority, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and grow as a leader in a mature product organization led by a co-founder Head of Product.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of product management experience on a platform team (infrastructure, platform, security, search, data, or similar)
- • 5+ years of professional software engineering or engineering management experience
- • Exceptional technical fluency and comfort discussing architecture, tradeoffs, and implementation details with engineers
