- • Define and drive the product roadmap for platform and AI features on Cloudera’s Anywhere Cloud platform across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- • Translate complex customer needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- • Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch optimization, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure product offerings.
- • Champion product adoption and customer success through advocacy, thought leadership, and direct engagement with key customers and partners.
- • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancements.
- • Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in security and data management.
- • Work within a fast-paced team driving innovation in the Anywhere Cloud platform to integrate seamlessly with the modern AI ecosystem.
- • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences including executives, engineers, and customers.
- • Influence stakeholders at all levels across departments to align on product vision and execution priorities.
- • Apply strategic thinking and strong business acumen to prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum customer and business value.
- • Ensure product compliance with security standards and data regulations relevant to enterprise customers.
- • Support Agile development methodologies throughout product delivery cycles.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Cloudera’s platform to maintain its position as the preferred data partner for top enterprises globally.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- • 5+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on security and data platforms
- • Proven track record of defining, launching, and managing enterprise-grade software products in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud environments
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
