Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Faith Technologies’ data-center power-distribution portfolio—translating market signals into profitable, innovative products that keep mission-critical facilities energized 24/7.
- • Drive the Product Development Process (PDP) from ideation through launch: author crisp Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), chair cross-functional design reviews, and lock scope, schedule, and cost to deliver on-time, on-budget releases.
- • Translate voice-of-customer (VOC) insights—gathered via site visits, industry councils, and data-center operator roundtables—into a three-year roadmap that balances breakthrough technologies (liquid-cooled bus, modular UPS, high-density PDUs) with sustaining enhancements that protect existing revenue.
- • Benchmark competitors, emerging standards (OCP, Open19, ASHRAE 90.4), and regulatory trends to spot whitespace opportunities; quantify TAM, margin potential, and technical feasibility to prioritize investments that yield ≥25 % IRR.
- • Orchestrate engineering, manufacturing, supply-chain, and field-service teams to hit aggressive cost-down targets (≥8 % YoY) while preserving reliability and safety margins demanded by Tier III/IV facilities.
- • Partner with Product Marketing to craft differentiated positioning, pricing architecture, and launch campaigns; arm Sales with ROI calculators, demo units, and C-suite-ready pitch decks that compress enterprise sales cycles.
- • Serve as the “go-to” evangelist for the data-center category—presenting at industry conferences, hosting customer design councils, and publishing thought-leadership pieces that elevate Faith Technologies’ brand as the authority on resilient, efficient power.
- • Define and track KPIs: revenue, margin, attach rate, NPS, and field-failure rates; socialize dashboards with executives and adjust roadmap priorities quarterly based on data, not hunches.
- • Mentor junior product managers and rotating engineers, instilling best practices in VOC techniques, business-case modeling, and agile hardware development.
- • Champion end-of-life planning: rationalize SKUs, manage last-time-buys, and migrate customers to next-gen platforms with minimal disruption and maximum upsell.
- • Collaborate with EnTech Solutions and Excellerate sister brands to bundle renewable micro-grid offerings, creating turnkey solutions that reduce PUE and carbon footprint for hyperscale and colocation clients.
- • Contribute to M&A and partnership diligence—evaluating startups, IP portfolios, and joint-venture opportunities that accelerate time-to-market for edge-data-center and AI-training power architectures.
- • Uphold Faith Technologies’ Culture of Care by modeling safety-first behaviors, supporting team-member wellness initiatives, and embedding sustainability goals into every product decision.
