📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for the CDNA exchange technology powering the flagship "OG" product and multiple global brands within the Predictions business.
• Collaborate directly with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and ship high-impact features and product enhancements.
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into clear, actionable product roadmaps with measurable outcomes aligned to business goals.
• Own product vision and execution for a critical B2C and B2B technology platform that underpins core revenue-generating Predictions offerings.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility, scope alignment, and timely delivery of product initiatives in a fast-paced, engineering-heavy environment.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for product features, analyze performance data, and iterate based on user behavior and business impact.
• Serve as the primary product liaison between executive leadership (reporting directly to the VP of Product) and technical teams to bridge strategy and execution.
• Drive product discovery through user research, competitive analysis, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical complexity, and customer impact, ensuring optimal resource allocation across initiatives.
• Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across departments and geographies.
• Maintain deep product ownership by being hands-on in sprint planning, backlog grooming, user testing, and post-launch reviews.
• Navigate ambiguity and make data-informed decisions under tight deadlines in a dynamic, global product environment.
• Champion user-centric design and functionality while balancing technical constraints, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.
• Ensure seamless integration of the CDNA exchange technology with other systems and platforms across the company’s global footprint.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to product timelines, quality, or user experience.
• Contribute to the evolution of product management processes and best practices within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2C or B2B technology company with ownership of a core platform or exchange system
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end product development from strategy to launch in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort working closely with engineering teams on complex systems
• Experience managing product roadmaps with measurable KPIs and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Track record of shipping high-impact features and iterating based on user and business feedback
