- • Senior Product Manager leading the Prepaid Cards product line at Tremendous, a global payouts platform trusted by 20,000 organizations to deliver gift cards and money worldwide.
- • Own the end-to-end prepaid cards experience including issuance at scale, fraud prevention, lifecycle management, and launching new card types and international programs.
- • Collaborate with banks, card networks (Visa, Mastercard), payment processors, wallet providers (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and internal stakeholders in a fully remote, async-first culture.
- • Drive product strategy by defining problems, conducting user and market research, shaping roadmaps, and translating long-term goals into actionable plans without relying on meetings.
- • Work with designers and engineers to specify requirements and evaluate solutions, while influencing decisions through clear communication and empathy.
- • Measure and communicate impact post-launch to help teams understand the outcomes of their work.
- • Thrive in a profitable, high-growth, investor-independent company that values documentation, autonomy, and work-life balance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at technology companies.
- • 2+ years of product management experience in startup environments, preferably at growth-stage companies.
- • Direct experience with card products including prepaid, debit, credit, or similar payment instruments.
- • Strong product intuition, design judgment, and technical fluency to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to a documentation-first, async work environment.
- • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and drive progress autonomously.
