- • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Phil’s prescription fulfillment operations, ensuring seamless coordination between patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and manufacturers.
- • Own end-to-end optimization of prescription fulfillment processes, improving efficiency, accuracy, and speed of medication delivery to patients.
- • Collaborate directly with internal pharmacy teams, external fulfillment partners, and client success teams to identify operational bottlenecks and translate them into product requirements.
- • Expand platform capabilities to support new medication types, including specialty and controlled substances, while maintaining compliance and operational integrity.
- • Define, track, and deliver on measurable KPIs related to fulfillment speed, error rates, patient adherence, and partner satisfaction.
- • Conduct user research and process analysis to uncover pain points in the prescription journey and inform iterative product improvements.
- • Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize features, evaluate technical trade-offs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product solutions.
- • Translate high-level business goals into actionable product initiatives that enhance patient experience and drive value for pharmaceutical clients.
- • Continuously iterate on existing features and workflows to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability of the fulfillment network.
- • Serve as the primary product liaison between Phil’s internal operations and external pharmacy and distribution partners to align on service standards and performance expectations.
- • Advocate for patient-centric design in all operational workflows, ensuring accessibility, clarity, and reliability in every step of the prescription delivery process.
- • Participate in cross-functional planning sessions to align product priorities with company-wide objectives in market access, patient support, and manufacturer partnerships.
- • Maintain deep awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements in prescription fulfillment and ensure product decisions adhere to industry standards.
- • Proactively identify opportunities to integrate new technologies or automation tools that enhance fulfillment accuracy and reduce manual intervention.
- • Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams through data-backed narratives and dashboards.
- • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback loops from frontline pharmacy staff, patients, and partner organizations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-7 years of product management experience, with a strong track record in building and managing operational platforms or complex systems
- • Strong track record and passion for driving operations platforms and managing complex systems
- • Ability to balance high-level business strategy with detailed product execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- • Data-driven approach, using metrics and research to inform product decisions and continuously improve outcomes
- • Technical fluency, with the ability to understand engineering trade-offs and collaborate effectively with technical teams
- • Relevant educational background (preferred)
