- • As a Senior Product Manager for Private Credit at Juniper Square, you will lead the effort to modernize and re-architect how private credit firms operate by replacing fragmented, Excel-based processes with a scalable, system-driven platform that handles daily loan activity, complex contract structures, event-driven workflows, lender allocations, and integration with accounting systems.
- • You will own the product strategy, define and prioritize a roadmap, partner daily with internal domain experts (Loan Operations and Fund Administration teams) to understand real-world workflows and translate complexity into scalable solutions, engage directly with private credit manager clients to validate product direction and drive adoption, and act as the primary interface between business needs and engineering by breaking down workflows into user stories, acceptance criteria, and driving end-to-end execution through the SDLC.
- • You will work within a mission-driven, values-based company that is digitizing private markets to bring efficiency, transparency, and access to underserved asset classes, operating with a digital-first hybrid model across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian provinces, and global offices in San Francisco, New York, Mumbai, and Bangalore, collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams to build AI-powered financial operations infrastructure.
- • In this role, you will gain deep expertise in private credit operations, learn to apply AI to financial document processing and workflow automation, shape a new category of financial technology, and have the opportunity to define and deliver mission-critical infrastructure that replaces legacy systems and transforms how private credit firms manage their operations at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Demonstrated ability to translate complex, real-world workflows into clear, buildable product requirements
- • Experience working in or closely with private credit, loan operations, or adjacent financial domains
- • Experience defining product requirements, user stories, and edge cases in collaboration with engineering teams
- • Familiarity with credit agreements, loan servicing workflows, and the operational lifecycle of private credit investments
- • Ability to operate effectively across the full SDLC—from discovery through delivery
