• • This Senior Product Manager role is a critical part of the Client Reporting team, which is responsible for the end-to-end reporting platform. This team delivers scalable solutions that empower our clients to gain a clear understanding of their trading activity, asset allocations, and to meet their tax and compliance obligations. We set the global direction for statements, transaction exports, tax reports, and the overall client experience within our reporting user interfaces.
• • As the Senior Product Manager for Tax Reporting, you will own the platform strategy and its execution for client reporting experiences on a global scale. This will encompass a diverse range of asset classes, including cryptocurrencies, equities, and derivatives. Your primary focus will be to re-imagine and enhance account statements, transaction histories, tax reports, and portfolio summaries, ensuring a best-in-class client experience that is both intuitive and informative.
• • A key aspect of this role involves close collaboration with our data, finance, and compliance teams. You will proactively anticipate regulatory changes across various jurisdictions and seamlessly incorporate these evolving requirements into our reporting frameworks. The goal is to provide robust reporting solutions that not only meet diverse regulatory and geographical demands but also strike a crucial balance with an exceptional user experience. This means ensuring compliance without compromising usability or clarity for our clients.
• • You will be a key partner to our design team, championing the client user experience for documentation centers across both our web and mobile applications. This includes ensuring that all reporting-related interfaces are user-friendly, accessible, and provide clear, actionable information.
• • Furthermore, you will lead our vendor strategy in this domain. This involves the critical assessment, integration, and ongoing optimization of third-party tools that are essential for data aggregation, report generation, and export functionalities. Your expertise will ensure we leverage the best available technologies to enhance our reporting capabilities.
• • You will be instrumental in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for client reporting, with a particular emphasis on tax-related functionalities. This includes understanding the nuances of tax reporting for various asset classes and jurisdictions, and translating these complex requirements into user-friendly features and products.
• • You will conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the client reporting space. This includes staying abreast of emerging trends in financial reporting, regulatory technology (RegTech), and client expectations.
• • You will work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. This involves translating complex business and regulatory needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• • You will be responsible for defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of reporting features and identify areas for improvement. This data-driven approach will guide future product development and iterations.
• • You will act as a subject matter expert on client reporting and tax compliance, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
