📋 Description
- • Own the product strategy for AI-enabled internal platforms that support the full product development lifecycle, from planning to measurement.
- • Reimagine workflows for product teams by integrating intelligent systems, AI copilots, and automated tooling to streamline planning, development, launch, and evaluation processes.
- • Identify operational inefficiencies, repetitive manual tasks, and friction points in internal product workflows, then design and deliver AI-driven solutions to eliminate them.
- • Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, and GTM teams to build scalable internal systems enhanced with automation, generative AI, and workflow intelligence.
- • Introduce and implement AI-powered capabilities including automated project and launch coordination, AI-generated summaries and documentation, and AI-assisted experimentation analysis and rollout recommendations.
- • Define how AI is embedded into internal product management and operational workflows across the organization to improve decision-making and productivity.
- • Drive adoption of AI-enabled tooling by establishing best practices, training, and governance frameworks for responsible AI use in product development.
- • Serve as a thought partner on the future of AI-enabled product development operations and internal developer productivity, shaping organizational strategy around AI augmentation.
- • Treat internal teams as customers, applying product management principles to improve internal platforms, integrate disparate systems, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- • Use data and operational metrics to evaluate product outcomes, identify optimization opportunities, and measure the impact of AI-driven workflow improvements.
- • Operate effectively in ambiguity, helping teams define responsible and effective ways to integrate AI into daily workflows while maintaining privacy, security, and bias awareness.
- • Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver cohesive, scalable internal systems that reduce friction and accelerate product delivery.
- • Support organizational change management around AI adoption, helping teams transition from manual processes to AI-augmented workflows.
- • Contribute to the evolution of Klaviyo’s AI fluency framework by promoting responsible, human-in-the-loop AI practices in internal tooling.
- • Travel up to 10% for onboarding, team meetings, partner work, or industry events, as coordinated in advance.
- • Work in a hybrid model requiring 3 days per week in the Boston, MA office; fully remote candidates will not be considered.
