- • This role is part of the Global Product Strategy and Operations team, reporting to the VP of Global Product Strategy and Operations. You will partner closely with product management, technology, business, and finance stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities, implement best practices, and foster continuous improvement.
- • You will lead strategic programs focused on enhancing product development practices. This includes identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve product lifecycle management, from roadmap planning and release management to the integration of customer feedback. Your responsibility will extend to designing these programs with clear processes and ownership, defining measurable outcomes, and actively championing a culture of continuous improvement.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve evaluating and implementing Product Management tools. You will assess various options based on ROI and implementation requirements, driving the selection and successful adoption of tools that streamline our product development processes and enhance efficiency.
- • You will be responsible for connecting product strategy to tangible key outcome metrics, enabling focused execution across the product portfolio. This involves defining and operationalizing targets using product outcome metrics, in close collaboration with Product Management, Product Analytics, Business, and Finance partners. You will also engage with evolving needs for commercial launches, identifying and acting on opportunities to ensure readiness, such as key enablers for previews and launch preparedness.
- • Collaboration with Global Technology teams will be essential to support global product planning and key initiatives. You will help maintain a comprehensive global view of key products across different regions, including roadmaps and launch status, ensuring alignment of product priorities and investments.

This requires synthesizing complex information into clear, concise, and impactful communications.
- • You will leverage your expertise in product principles and methodologies, such as Agile, to drive best practices and foster a high-performing product organization. Your ability to work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and product technology will be highly valued.
- • This role demands a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure complex problems, synthesize insights, and formulate clear recommendations. You will need to demonstrate a proven ability to improve operating models across diverse teams and successfully deliver complex initiatives at scale, navigating the intricacies of a global organization.
- • You will be a key facilitator, working effectively with stakeholders across product, technology, and business teams at various levels of seniority, ensuring successful execution of cross-functional workstreams and driving alignment towards shared goals.
