- ⢠As a Senior Product Manager for Reverse ETL at Fivetran, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data integration by combining Censusās reverse ETL capabilities with Fivetranās industry-leading data platform, enabling businesses to operationalize data directly from their warehouses into SaaS applicationsāturning insights into action without engineering overhead.
- ⢠You will lead the product strategy and execution for reverse ETL and data activation features, working closely with Census founders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to transform ambiguous customer needs into clear, impactful product direction that drives adoption and customer success.
- ⢠Day to day, you will synthesize technical and operational feedback from data engineers, analysts, and business users into prioritized product requirements, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and deeply aligned with real-world workflows in marketing, sales, and operations.
- ⢠You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for reverse ETL featuresāfrom discovery and scoping through roadmap planning, cross-functional coordination, launch, and post-launch iterationāensuring seamless integration with Fivetranās ELT platform and consistent user experience across interfaces.
- ⢠You will act as a key liaison between product, engineering, and design teams, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and trade-off discussions while maintaining a clear vision for scalability, reliability, and ease of use in complex data ecosystems.
- ⢠You will communicate product strategy and updates internally to sales, marketing, and leadership, and externally to customers through webinars, community forums, and direct engagement in sales cycles, positioning Fivetran as the leader in modern data activation.
- ⢠You will collaborate with Fivetranās leadership and Census founders to define the long-term vision for data operationalization, influencing how the broader data ecosystem evolves to support AI, automation, and real-time analytics use cases.
- ⢠You will work in a hybrid model based out of Oakland, CA or Denver, CO, spending two days per week in-office to foster collaboration, innovation, and team cohesion while maintaining flexibility for deep work and personal balance.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Proven history of delivering highly successful and innovative software products related to data and/or data infrastructure, with a demonstrated understanding of data/operations personas such as data engineers, analysts, and business operations teams.
- ⢠Experience managing a multifaceted product roadmap, collaborating directly with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize and execute on bold product vision in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- ⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence and drive strategy internally across teams and externally with customers and stakeholders.
- ⢠Passion for working with technical customers to understand their pain points, translate feedback into product improvements, and advocate for their needs within the organization.
- ⢠Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment, wearing multiple hats, embracing ambiguity, and taking initiative to develop skills while delivering high-impact results.
