📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager for Reverse ETL at Fivetran, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data integration by bridging Fivetran’s industry-leading ELT platform with Census’s reverse ETL capabilities, enabling businesses to operationalize data directly from their warehouses into SaaS tools—turning insights into action without engineering overhead.
• You will lead the product vision and execution for reverse ETL and data activation features, working closely with founders, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to transform technical customer feedback into intuitive, scalable product experiences that empower data and operations teams to drive automation, AI, and analytics use cases at scale.
• You will operate within a high-impact, hybrid team based in Denver or Oakland, combining the agility and ownership of a startup with the resources, market credibility, and compensation of an established data infrastructure leader valued at over $5.6 billion.
• Day to day, you will: translate ambiguous customer and market signals into clear product requirements and prioritization decisions; partner with engineering and design to define, build, and launch features that solve real workflow pain points for data analysts, engineers, and business operators; facilitate cross-functional alignment across product, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and customer messaging; represent the product in customer conversations, community forums, and internal leadership reviews to gather feedback and advocate for user needs; contribute to long-term product strategy by identifying emerging trends in data activation, reverse ETL, and AI-driven automation; mentor junior product team members and help establish best practices for product discovery, experimentation, and delivery in a fast-moving environment; and continuously refine the product experience through usability testing, metrics analysis, and iterative improvement based on user behavior and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering successful software products in the data infrastructure, data integration, or analytics space, with a strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, and operations personas.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multifaceted product roadmaps and prioritize competing initiatives in alignment with engineering, design, and business goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of influencing strategy and driving alignment across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Deep passion for engaging with technical customers to uncover pain points, validate solutions, and advocate for user-centered product improvements.
• Experience working in startup-like environments where ambiguity is high, ownership is broad, and the ability to wear multiple hats is essential for success.
