📋 Description

• Arc’teryx Equipment is seeking a visionary and experienced Senior Product Manager, Distribution & Transportation to lead the strategic direction and execution of our SAP S/4HANA Distribution & Transportation capabilities. This pivotal role is at the forefront of optimizing our global logistics operations, ensuring seamless and efficient movement of products from origin to our valued customers across all channels – retail, wholesale, and omnichannel. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our supply chain technology, driving innovation, and delivering scalable solutions that underpin Arc’teryx’s ambitious global growth trajectory.
• As the owner of the product strategy and roadmap for SAP S/4HANA Distribution & Transportation, you will deeply understand the intricate needs of our business stakeholders. This involves close collaboration with various departments, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, and IT, to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans. Your expertise will ensure that our SAP S/4 (Fashion) environment, along with its integrated ecosystem encompassing Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Enterprise Core Components (ECC), Third-Party Logistics (3PL) integrations, and warehouse automation technologies, consistently delivers tangible and measurable value to the organization.
• This role demands a strategic thinker who can operate effectively at the critical intersection of business strategy and technology execution. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, defining new functionalities, and prioritizing initiatives that align with Arc’teryx’s overarching business objectives. Your ability to anticipate future needs and proactively address challenges will be key to maintaining our competitive edge in a dynamic global market.
• You will champion the adoption and effective utilization of our SAP S/4HANA Distribution & Transportation solutions, working closely with implementation partners, development teams, and business users to ensure successful delivery and ongoing enhancement. This includes overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment and post-launch support, ensuring that our solutions remain robust, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
• A significant aspect of your role will involve managing and evolving the SAP S/4HANA landscape, specifically focusing on modules and functionalities related to distribution, transportation, and warehouse management. This includes understanding the nuances of SAP S/4 Fashion, EWM, and their integration points, as well as exploring and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and visibility.
• You will be a key liaison between the business and technology teams, translating technical capabilities into business benefits and ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum ROI. This requires a strong understanding of both SAP functionalities and the practicalities of global logistics and distribution operations.
• Your responsibilities will extend to defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product area, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for optimization. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and ensure that our logistics solutions are not only meeting current demands but are also future-proofed.

Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring our enterprise systems are robust, scalable, and capable of supporting the company’s continued success and expansion.
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the Distribution and Transportation modules, as well as EWM. Experience with SAP S/4 Fashion is highly desirable. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP product roadmaps and delivering innovative solutions that drive business value. Your ability to influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively at all levels will be essential for success in this role.
• This position is based in our North Vancouver office and offers a hybrid remote work model, providing flexibility for the right candidate. Eligibility to work in Canada is a requirement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Distribution & Transportation modules (e.g., SD, LE-TRA, TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Deep understanding of logistics, distribution, and transportation processes within a global retail or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in defining product strategy, roadmapping, and prioritizing features for complex ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
