- • As a Senior Product Manager for Test Experience at Vanta, you will own the roadmap for helping customers surface compliance gaps fast, resolve issues through automated and agentic means, and generate audit-ready evidence, directly impacting how businesses earn and prove trust.
- • You will deeply understand customer compliance workflows, prioritize product goals, collaborate with design and engineering teams, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver high-quality solutions that address key pain points and create competitive advantage.
- • You will join the Automation product group within Vanta’s mature Test Experience team, working alongside designers and engineers to shape AI and agentic offerings while contributing to the evolution of Vanta’s product team culture.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in security and compliance product strategy, AI-driven automation, cross-functional leadership, and customer-centric innovation, positioning yourself as a key driver of Vanta’s mission to make security continuous and transparent.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products to customers
- • Proven experience taking on large, deep opportunities within a product surface, preferably in security, data management, and/or workflow tools
- • Possess proven AI skills, especially around prompting and agents, with comfort building around cutting-edge AI technologies
- • Customer-focused mindset with proactive outreach to customers and prospects, and ability to partner effectively with go-to-market teams
- • Ability to see how products and features fit together to serve different user groups, backed by analytical skills to justify decisions
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and requirements to teams, stakeholders, and executives
- • Open to using AI to amplify work, demonstrating curiosity, willingness to learn, and sound judgment in responsible AI application
