📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager - Web3 at 0G, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the vision and execution for our core infrastructure products that are foundational to the next generation of decentralized AI and Web3 applications. This is a unique opportunity to shape a comprehensive product ecosystem, taking ownership of key components that empower developers and users alike.
• Your core portfolio will encompass critical elements of the 0G ecosystem, including Chainscan, the primary user interface and explorer for all activities within the 0G network. You will also own the Payment Layer, the foundational system responsible for transaction processing and gas fee management, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all participants. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in developing and refining Centralized Platform Products, such as strategic point systems and intuitive dashboards, designed to bootstrap adoption and engagement across a wide array of applications. The 0G Hub will be another key area of focus, serving as the central nexus for developer interaction, staking operations, and governance participation. Finally, you will oversee the Bridge, a critical piece of interoperability infrastructure that connects the 0G network to other blockchain ecosystems, enabling broader utility and reach.
• Your primary responsibility will be to Define and Evangelize the Ecosystem Vision. This involves synthesizing the broader vision for 0G's AI Infrastructure – encompassing data availability, storage, and compute – into a cohesive and compelling product strategy specifically for the user-facing ecosystem. You will own the strategic roadmap for Chainscan, Hub, Bridge, and all platform services, ensuring that these components work in concert to create a unified, intuitive, and powerful experience for both developers and end-users.
• You will own the End-to-End Developer and User Journey, meticulously mapping and optimizing the entire interaction lifecycle across our diverse product suite. A key part of this will be prioritizing and defining the APIs, SDKs, and developer tools within the Hub, Payment Layer, and Chainscan. The goal is to abstract away the inherent complexities of blockchain technology, transforming 0G's powerful infrastructure into an accessible and intuitive platform for building and utilizing cutting-edge AI applications.
• Driving Cross-Product Ecosystem Strategy is paramount. You will identify key leverage points across your product portfolio to accelerate network adoption and utility. This will involve close collaboration with the Business Development team to enable strategic use cases, such as AI training data markets or verifiable inference, through tailored integrations of our point systems, payment solutions, and explorer tools. Your strategic insights will directly impact the growth and success of the 0G ecosystem.
• You will be expected to Execute with Precision Across the Stack. This means collaborating closely with engineering teams to translate complex cross-product requirements into detailed technical specifications. You will manage a unified product backlog, rigorously prioritizing features that create meaningful synergies between different products – for instance, ensuring Bridge status is clearly visible within Chainscan, or that Payment metrics are readily accessible in the Hub. The ultimate aim is to ship high-quality, seamlessly integrated capabilities that enhance the overall user experience.
• Measuring, Learning, and Iterating Holistically will be a continuous process. You will define key success metrics for the entire ecosystem as well as for individual products. Through the analysis of cross-product usage data, gathering direct user and developer feedback, and fostering a culture of rapid iteration, you will continuously improve the collective value and stickiness of the 0G platform.
• Finally, you will Be the Authority on Web3 UX and Adoption. You will serve as the internal subject matter expert on how developers and users interact with complex infrastructure ecosystems. This includes benchmarking competitor landscapes, anticipating emerging trends in wallets, explorers, and developer platforms, and proactively informing how 0G's products can set a new industry standard for usability and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping complex, customer or developer-facing products.
• Experience managing a suite of interrelated products is a significant plus.
• Strong technical fluency in Web3 infrastructure (e.g., wallets, explorers, bridges, RPC services) is required.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or distributed systems is a strong advantage.
• Deep firsthand experience with the Web3 user and developer journey, understanding pain points from transaction signing to cross-chain asset management and block exploration.
• Exceptional systems thinking ability to articulate a clear, unified product vision across multiple surfaces and make strategic trade-offs to maximize ecosystem value.
• Proven skill in translating developer and end-user needs into a coherent, phased product plan across different but connected platforms.
• Data-driven and user-obsessed, with a focus on metrics that reflect healthy ecosystem growth and engagement.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of aligning engineers, designers, marketers, and business developers around a shared ecosystem roadmap.
