Lakera.Ai is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead the implementation of critical features for our flagship GenAI security platform, Lakera Guard. This pivotal role will focus on product management for our Guard Applications team, with a deep emphasis on the core API and user interface (UI) experience of Lakera Guard. Your responsibilities will span the entire product lifecycle, from conducting exhaustive research to deeply understand the nuanced pain points of our users and customers, to meticulously crafting and executing a compelling product vision. Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI security space, ensuring that Lakera Guard not only meets but decisively exceeds the dynamic and ever-increasing demands of advanced AI technology and its diverse user base.
• • In this role, you will be instrumental in improving and creating novel security products designed to keep AI agents safe, secure, and aligned with human values. You will collaborate closely with product and company leadership to ensure our Lakera Guard application strategy is seamlessly aligned with the overarching business goals and strategic objectives of Lakera.ai. A key part of your contribution will be developing a comprehensive and rigorously prioritized product roadmap, informed by a deep analysis of use cases derived from direct customer feedback, thorough market research, and actionable data analysis.
• • You will work hand-in-hand with dynamic, cross-functional teams, including world-class engineering, intuitive UX/UI design, and strategic marketing, to deliver high-quality products that consistently exceed customer expectations. A significant aspect of your role will involve conducting in-depth customer interviews, actively gathering feedback, and cultivating a profound understanding of customer pain points. This deep empathy will directly inform feature development and enhance the overall user experience, making Lakera Guard an indispensable tool.
• • We expect you to dedicate sufficient time and effort to engage with our customers and prospects, fostering genuine relationships to deeply understand their unique problems, challenges, and aspirations. • • You will provide essential support to our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and sales teams during customer engagements, offering critical technical expertise and in-depth product knowledge to ensure customer success and drive adoption.
