- • As a Senior Product Manager for Mobile Apps at Constant Contact, you will own the mobile product strategy and roadmap, directly impacting how business owners, entrepreneurs, and non-profits engage with email marketing, social posting, and campaign management tools on the go.
- • Day to day, you will define and drive mobile product strategy using customer research and business outcomes, lead with AI tools like Claude and Cursor to inform decisions, drive adoption and retention by optimizing the mobile customer journey, ship high-quality features through close collaboration with engineering and design, advocate for mobile customers by gathering feedback from support tickets and user sessions, and align mobile initiatives across squads to ensure it’s a first-class surface in the broader product strategy.
