📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at AllTrails, you will play a key role in shaping members’ experience by working closely with Product, Product Design, Research, and marketing teams to determine member needs, guide product development, and bring compelling offerings to market.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include defining go-to-market strategies for AllTrails Plus and Peak, collaborating on product positioning and messaging, conducting market and user research to inform launches, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and engagement.
• You will join a mission-driven marketing team building a global, beloved outdoors brand that connects millions of people to nature through innovative trail discovery and outdoor experiences.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in product marketing within a consumer subscription business, learn how to align product innovation with market demand, and contribute directly to growing AllTrails’ membership base and enhancing user lifetime value.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in consumer tech or subscription-based businesses
• Strong ability to collaborate with Product, Design, and Research teams to shape product strategy and messaging
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market plans for new features or products
• Skill in conducting market and user research to inform positioning and launch strategies
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a focus on measurable outcomes
