- • As the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Buildout, you will own how the company’s AI-powered commercial real estate (CRE) deal engine products are positioned, messaged, and brought to market, ensuring product innovation translates into customer understanding, adoption, and measurable business impact.
- • You will define and evolve product positioning and messaging, lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products and features, enable sales and customer success teams with enablement materials, and bring market insights from customer research and competitive analysis to influence product strategy and roadmap.
- • You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals, tracking performance metrics tied to product launches, and ensuring product investments drive activation, retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B SaaS product marketing, develop strategic storytelling and enablement skills, influence product direction through market insights, and lead high-impact launches that connect product innovation to real customer outcomes and company growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing
- • Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) plans for new products, features, and strategic initiatives
- • Demonstrated ability to create positioning, messaging, and enablement content that drives product adoption and revenue impact
- • Experience conducting customer research, win/loss analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform product and marketing strategy
- • Bonus: Experience within Commercial Real Estate (CRE) technology
