  • • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Age Assurance at Socure, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company’s innovative identity verification solutions are perceived and adopted in the market, directly contributing to Socure’s mission of building trust in the digital economy by verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts.
  • • You will drive awareness, adoption, and growth for Socure’s newly launched Age Assurance product by developing and executing strategic product marketing initiatives that align product capabilities with customer needs, ensuring the solution stands out in a competitive landscape through compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly differentiate Socure’s Age Assurance offering in the market, with a focus on workforce identity verification use cases.
  • • You will lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases, coordinating timelines, cross-functional dependencies, and launch assets to ensure market impact and customer readiness.
  • • Conducting ongoing market, competitor, and customer research will be central to your role, enabling you to identify trends, uncover insights, and inform product marketing strategies, content development, and positioning adjustments based on real-world feedback.
  • • You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all customer-facing channels, acting as a bridge between technical capabilities and market needs.
  • • Creating high-impact sales enablement materials—including presentations, datasheets, FAQs, and battle cards—tailored to verification solutions will be a key part of your workflow, empowering the sales team to effectively communicate value and overcome objections.
  • • You will track and analyze product and campaign performance metrics using data-driven approaches, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization to improve conversion, adoption, and ROI.
  • • Developing customer-facing content such as case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and product collateral will allow you to highlight the real-world impact of Socure’s workforce solutions, building credibility and trust with target audiences.
  • • Gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders will inform both product improvements and marketing initiatives, ensuring continuous iteration based on user needs and market dynamics.
  • • You will champion Socure’s leadership competencies by fostering collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset in all initiatives, helping to sustain a high-performance culture rooted in ownership, critical thinking, and precision.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, preferably with experience in fraud or identity verification.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • • Project management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • • Deep understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
  • • Collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
  • • Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Experience with fraud, identity, or related field is required with a preference for building 0-1 products.
