- • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Mozilla’s Anonym advertising products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world experiences the web by driving strategy, growth, and market impact for privacy-focused ad solutions that align with Mozilla’s mission to build a better internet for people, not corporations.
- • You will lead high-impact marketing initiatives that bridge product, sales, and marketing teams to amplify Mozilla’s advertising offerings, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable business outcomes in a competitive, evolving digital landscape.
- • Day to day, you will drive the marketing efforts for Mozilla’s expanding Anonym product suite, including defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that differentiate the offering in the privacy-first advertising space.
- • You will identify and prioritize high-opportunity advertising segments by industry vertical and geography, then design and execute data-informed marketing plans to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption among key advertiser audiences.
- • You will craft and evolve the Mozilla Ads narrative, translating complex ad tech capabilities into compelling stories for sales collateral, website content, and thought leadership, while managing external agency partners to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency.
- • You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to bring new ad features and technological advancements to market through tightly coordinated go-to-market strategies, launch planning, and post-launch optimization.
- • You will collaborate with sales leadership to develop enablement tools, training, and battle cards that empower the sales team to effectively communicate value, handle objections, and close deals in target verticals.
- • You will conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis, monitor advertiser sentiment, and use insights to refine long-term marketing strategy and product positioning.
- • You will partner with cross-channel marketing (content, digital, events, PR) to ensure integrated campaigns that amplify reach and reinforce Mozilla’s brand values of privacy, transparency, and user empowerment.
- • You will report on campaign performance, ROI, and market impact to senior leadership, using data to inform iterative improvements and strategic pivots.
- • You will join a mission-driven, globally distributed team at Mozilla Corporation, a nonprofit-backed organization where your work directly contributes to reclaiming the internet as a public resource — free from surveillance capitalism and corporate control.
- • You will collaborate with passionate, diverse colleagues across product, engineering, sales, and advocacy teams who are united by a shared commitment to openness, innovation, and digital rights.
- • You will operate in a culture that values psychological safety, intellectual curiosity, and ethical responsibility, where challenging assumptions and advocating for users is not just encouraged — it’s expected.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in advertising technology, privacy-preserving ad models, and B2B marketing strategy while gaining influence at the intersection of tech, ethics, and market dynamics.
- • You will have the opportunity to shape Mozilla’s advertising business as a force for good — proving that effective, profitable advertising can coexist with strong privacy protections and user trust.
- • You will grow as a strategic leader by leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, refining your ability to inspire alignment, drive consensus, and deliver results through influence and storytelling.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing, with demonstrated success in B2B or advertising-focused roles
- • Proven experience leading marketing and growth initiatives for an advertising product in close partnership with sales teams
- • Expert-level understanding of the advertising industry, including ad tech ecosystems, buyer behavior, and market trends
- • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting strategies and insights to executive and cross-functional audiences
- • Demonstrated commitment to Mozilla’s values: welcoming differences, being relationship-minded, practicing responsible participation, and having grit
🏖️ Benefits
- • Generous performance-based bonus plans tied to individual and company performance, reflecting Mozilla’s culture of shared success
- • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents, with options tailored to Canadian healthcare needs

- • Country-specific statutory holidays plus a paid day off for your birthday each year
- • One-time home office stipend to support ergonomic and productive remote work setup
- • Annual professional development budget for courses, conferences, certifications, or skill-building activities
- • Quarterly well-being stipend to support mental health, fitness, or personal wellness initiatives
- • Considerable paid parental leave for birth, adoption, or fostering, available to all eligible employees regardless of gender
- • Employee referral bonus program that rewards team members for helping bring talented individuals into the Mozilla community
