📋 Description

• The AI Content Creator role at Scale Army is a remote position supporting U.S.-based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) and open to candidates in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. This role is critical for driving marketing performance by leveraging AI to produce high-impact visual and video content that aligns with brand goals and campaign objectives.
• The person will use AI tools to generate professional video and image content, develop and execute AI-driven content strategies across social media and websites, conduct A/B testing to optimize engagement and conversion, support landing page adjustments based on test results, track and analyze performance metrics, prepare insightful reports with recommendations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency, and execute content deliverables on time and to quality standards.
• Scale Army operates as a remote-first talent partner connecting skilled professionals with U.S.-based clients, emphasizing innovation in digital marketing through emerging technologies like AI. The team values experimentation, data-informed creativity, and measurable outcomes in content performance.
• The person will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI content tools, deepen expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, build a portfolio of high-performing AI-generated marketing assets, and develop skills in analytics-driven content strategy that directly impact campaign success and marketing ROI.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating AI-generated content, particularly for video and image-based marketing assets
• Experience with A/B testing and content strategy development
• Strong experience using AI tools for content generation and creative production
• Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion-focused content improvements
• Familiarity with analytics tools used to measure content performance
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization is a plus
