- • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Incorta’s data and AI platform, translating complex technical capabilities into crisp, revenue-generating narratives that resonate with C-suite executives, data engineers, and line-of-business leaders alike.
- • Architect and deliver a library of sales plays, competitive battle cards, ROI calculators, and persona-based pitch decks that empower global sales teams to move prospects from first call to signed contract faster and with greater confidence.
- • Produce high-impact technical content—whitepapers, solution briefs, case studies, demo scripts, and interactive web assets—that guides prospects through every stage of the funnel, from awareness and consideration to decision and expansion.
- • Partner daily with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to capture field intelligence, refine messaging, and rapidly iterate on enablement materials that shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.
- • Translate deep product knowledge into compelling website copy, SEO-optimized landing pages, and nurture emails that consistently rank on page one and convert at above-industry benchmarks.
- • Lead product launches and feature releases end-to-end: craft positioning, write press releases, orchestrate launch webinars, and arm demand-gen teams with the assets they need to create pipeline within hours—not weeks.
- • Conduct rigorous competitive and market analysis—tracking Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, SAP, and emerging AI platforms—to surface insights that shape roadmap priorities and sharpen differentiation.
- • Build and maintain a data-driven content calendar that aligns with quarterly pipeline targets, ensuring every asset is measurable, attributable, and optimized for continuous improvement.
- • Serve as the voice of the customer inside the company, synthesizing win/loss interviews, analyst feedback, and user-community sentiment into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management to define packaging, pricing, and roadmap narratives that accelerate adoption of new data management, analytics, and AI capabilities.
- • Champion Incorta at industry events, customer advisory boards, and third-party webinars—delivering thought-leadership talks that position the company as the definitive leader in unified data and AI platforms.
- • Establish metrics and dashboards that track content performance, sales utilization, and influenced revenue, presenting findings to senior leadership and iterating rapidly based on results.
- • Mentor junior marketers and create scalable playbooks that institutionalize best practices in product marketing, ensuring the team’s impact compounds over time.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within enterprise data, analytics, or AI platforms
- • Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Oracle Database, SAP ERP, Snowflake, Databricks, or comparable modern data stack technologies
- • Proven track record of creating sales enablement materials that directly accelerate pipeline and revenue
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence without authority across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary of $140,000–$175,000 plus performance bonus and equity
- • Fully remote-first culture with flexible hours and quarterly in-person team gatherings
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents
- • Annual professional development stipend for conferences, courses, and certifications
