📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Dressly, you will be a key driver of company growth by identifying and validating new business opportunities through market, user, competitor, and internal data research.
• You will launch and scale new web-to-web funnels and unique growth mechanics from zero, design and analyze complex A/B tests, build and prioritize growth experiment roadmaps, and monitor key metrics to improve conversion, monetization, and profitability.
• You will work closely with Creative, UA, Marketing, and Product teams to align creatives, messaging, positioning, and the full user journey from ad exposure to purchase and repeat payments.
• You will take ownership of experiment execution by defining tasks for design, analytics, and development, driving results, and contributing to the development of a scalable experimentation system with analytics and engineering teams.
• Dressly is an AI-powered fashion business launched in 2024 that has grown 4x in six months and aims for 5x growth in 2026 compared to 2025, operating under Skelar AS, a venture-builder that creates consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with tech products used by 10+ million people globally and recognized by Product Hunt, The Webby Awards, and TrustPilot.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar roles
• Proven track record of launching experiments from idea to measurable business impact
• Strong product and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Experience with CRO, user behavior, and effective web-to-web funnel principles
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel, Tableau, GrowthBook, or equivalents
• B1+ level of English
