- • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Simpplr, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for the company’s employee voice, recognition, and frontline engagement portfolio, playing a central role in shaping how these capabilities drive customer outcomes and support the broader platform strategy.
- • You will lead end-to-end product launches, from early product shaping through enablement and adoption, partnering with Product to influence roadmap priorities and ensure market readiness for new innovations and major enhancements.
- • You will develop and maintain core enablement assets such as decks, one-pagers, demos, battlecards, and RFP-ready narratives to support sales, expansion, and competitive differentiation.
- • You will serve as the primary product marketing point of contact across Product, Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, and Analyst Relations, maintaining deep market awareness of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and trends in employee engagement, listening, recognition, and frontline solutions.
- • You will collaborate with Sales, Enablement, and Customer teams to support active opportunities, frontline-heavy deployments, and expansion motions, ensuring alignment and impact in the field.
- • You will work within Simpplr’s mission to unify the digital workplace through its AI-powered intranet platform, which serves over 1,000 organizations including AAA, the NHS, Penske, and Moderna by delivering personalized information and actions via a proprietary EX Knowledge Graph.
- • You will operate in a flexible, mission-driven culture that values openness, collaboration, and teamwork, contributing to a workplace where employees feel informed, aligned, and productive.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- • Demonstrated experience owning go-to-market execution for products or portfolios, including launches, enablement, and adoption.
- • Strong ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Customer teams.
- • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex buying environments.
- • Proven ability to create effective enablement assets that drive understanding and impact in the field.
- • Experience or strong interest in employee engagement, recognition, HR technology, or workforce platforms.
