- • Senior Product Marketing Manager (Enterprise - GTM) at DailyPay, Inc. is a strategic leadership role focused on driving the commercial success of DailyPay’s Enterprise suite by transforming complex technical capabilities into compelling market value propositions that accelerate adoption, retention, and revenue growth for America’s leading employers.
- • The role owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for high-impact product launches, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams while prioritizing initiatives that deliver maximum business impact in a fast-paced, innovative worktech environment.
- • You will scale and refine the B2B Persona Framework for the Enterprise buying committee—HR, Finance, Operations, and IT—ensuring messaging evolves with DailyPay’s expansion into broader Worktech solutions and resonates with multi-stakeholder decision-makers.
- • As the primary translator between technical product logic and commercial value, you will distill sophisticated backend infrastructure into clear, ROI-driven narratives that highlight operational efficiency and financial well-being benefits for enterprise clients.
- • You will take direct accountability for key performance metrics including Total Eligible Employees (EEs) on the platform and reduction of Operational Loss, designing and executing data-driven adoption campaigns that maximize self-service portal utilization and long-term platform value.
- • Serving as the definitive 'Source of Truth' for product positioning, you will enable Sales and Client Success teams with accurate strategic insights, competitive differentiation, and enablement resources to win in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.

🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of specialized B2B Product Marketing experience with a proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise-grade products to market
- • Expertise in strategic storytelling for complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees, with ability to translate technical features into compelling business value narratives
- • Demonstrated success in leading high-visibility product launches and managing post-launch adoption lifecycles through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration
- • Strong project management and leadership skills to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams in a rapidly evolving environment
- • Preferred experience in B2B SaaS, Payments, HCM, or FinTech industries
