- • Senior Product Marketing Manager role at Futurra Group, a Ukrainian EdTech IT company, focused on driving growth for the MusesAcademy product by building effective user acquisition funnels and exploring new business directions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include researching new market segments for scaling, designing and optimizing user acquisition flows through continuous experimentation, creating scalable processes for consistent results, coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, development, product), and leading and developing the Product Marketing team.
- • Futurra Group develops and promotes innovative cross-platform EdTech products, including MusesAcademy (a lifestyle learning platform for women), MathMaster (an AI-powered math learning app), and a cross-platform VPN service, with a mission to transform educational apps and support Ukrainian veterans and military through the SKELAR foundation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Growth Manager, or Marketing Manager roles
- • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to use data for informed decision-making and long-term strategy
- • Deep understanding of audience psychology and ability to identify effective sales angles
- • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
- • Experience researching markets, trends, and competitors
- • Desire to develop in team leadership and people management
