- • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Socure’s know-your-agent (KYA) products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company’s workforce-focused identity verification solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. This role is critical to driving awareness, differentiation, and growth for a new product line that helps businesses verify the identities of agents, contractors, and third-party users in real time—directly supporting Socure’s mission to build identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy.
- • You will own the end-to-end product marketing lifecycle for KYA offerings, from market research and positioning to launch execution and performance optimization, ensuring that product capabilities are clearly communicated and aligned with customer needs across sales, marketing, and product teams.
- • You will work closely with cross-functional partners in product management, sales, and marketing to define go-to-market strategies, develop compelling messaging and value propositions, and create sales enablement assets that empower teams to effectively communicate the unique benefits of Socure’s KYA solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market, competitor, and customer research to inform product positioning; leading the planning and execution of product launches and feature releases; developing customer-facing content such as case studies, blog posts, and datasheets; creating sales enablement materials like presentations and FAQs; tracking and analyzing campaign and product performance metrics; and gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- • You will also champion Socure’s leadership competencies by fostering collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset in all initiatives, helping to build a culture of ownership and innovation within the marketing organization.
