  • • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Socure’s Payments product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company’s workforce-focused identity verification solutions are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market—directly contributing to Socure’s mission of verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts.
  • • You will drive awareness, adoption, and growth for Socure’s Payments product by developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans that align product capabilities with customer needs, ensuring the solution stands out in a competitive landscape through compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the planning and execution of product launches and feature releases for the Payments offering, conducting in-depth market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategy, and collaborating closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • • You will create high-impact sales enablement materials such as presentations, datasheets, and FAQs tailored to workforce solutions, develop customer-facing content like case studies, blog posts, and product collateral that highlight the real-world impact of the Payments product, and track and analyze campaign performance metrics to provide data-driven insights for optimization.
  • • Additionally, you will gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform both product improvements and marketing initiatives, while championing Socure’s leadership competencies by fostering collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset in every initiative.
  • • You will join a mission-driven team at Socure that values ownership, critical thinking, and precision in solving complex identity and fraud challenges—working alongside product, sales, and marketing leaders who operate with a high bar for excellence and a shared commitment to building the future of digital identity trust.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in product marketing within the high-growth payments and identity verification space, influence the trajectory of a innovative B2B product, and develop leadership skills by owning cross-functional initiatives that directly impact revenue, customer adoption, and market perception.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, with required experience in the payments space and bringing products to market.
  • • Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical mindset for interpreting data and market trends, and proven project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
