- • As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Payments at Airwallex, you will play a pivotal role in bridging customers, product, and commercial teams to ensure consistent, compelling product positioning and successful go-to-market strategies for the Payments suite.
- • You will develop deep customer and market insights, define and refine global product messaging, plan and execute product launches, create sales enablement assets, and deliver end-to-end customer experiences across touchpoints like website, email, and sales decks.
- • You will join a mission-driven Marketing team at Airwallex, a unified global payments and financial platform valued at $8B, serving over 200,000 businesses including Brex, Rippling, and SHEIN, with a culture that values founder-like energy, first-principles thinking, and end-to-end ownership.
- • In this role, you will grow your impact by leading cross-functional initiatives, leveraging data-backed decisions, and shaping how Airwallex’s payment solutions are perceived and adopted globally, accelerating both your expertise and the company’s growth in embedded finance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product strategy at a fast-growing tech company
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- • Experience working with commercial and product teams to launch go-to-market campaigns that grow product adoption and usage
- • Strong written and spoken communication skills — able to articulate complex concepts simply
- • Self-starter who can identify and prioritize opportunities and roll up sleeves to go deep on problems
- • Track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams (sales, operations, design, marketing, product, data analytics)
