• • As a Senior Product Operations Manager at HackerOne, you will play a pivotal role in scaling how the company builds and delivers AI-powered offensive security solutions. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to design and improve systems, insights, and workflows that enable high-quality product delivery, directly contributing to the company’s mission of reducing cyber risk for global enterprises.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building and improving AI-first workflows to enhance operational efficiency, applying data-driven decision-making to track product usage and performance metrics, using first-principles problem solving to break down complex challenges, and supporting experimentation and analytics workflows to measure feature impact. You will also design and maintain systems for product instrumentation and telemetry, improve documentation and knowledge-sharing practices, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across product development lifecycle stages.
