📋 Description

• • Owns the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, ensuring alignment with American AgCredit’s business objectives and delivering high-quality, fit-for-purpose data solutions that meet user and operational needs.
• • Champions data quality by establishing clear standards, partnering with data owners to prioritize remediation efforts, and ensuring data is trusted, accurate, and usable across business capabilities.
• • Drives data literacy and adoption by facilitating collaboration between Business Delivery Teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners to increase visibility, prioritize high-value data initiatives, and foster understanding of data products.
• • Defines and prioritizes the data product roadmap by translating long-term strategic goals into actionable Azure DevOps features, user stories, and defect tickets based on business value, technical feasibility, resource constraints, and ROI.
• • Serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and ensuring seamless delivery of data solutions.
• • Manages vendor relationships for data products, ensuring clear communication of roadmaps, timelines, optimization opportunities, and quality expectations to external partners.
• • Leads agile delivery by creating sprint plans, removing impediments, clarifying priorities, and enabling teams to meet commitments while fostering iterative improvement and continuous learning.
• • Maintains deep knowledge of American AgCredit’s business processes, end-user data usage patterns, and emerging data management technologies through training, research, and collaboration with internal and external resources.
• • Coordinates release timelines with business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines across complex data systems and APIs.
• • Actively participates in 24/7 support by prioritizing and facilitating resolution of short-term defects and system outages to minimize business impact.
• • Promotes a collaborative team culture that encourages feedback, learning from errors, and continuous improvement in value delivery effectiveness.
• • Performs other duties as assigned, including occasional travel for team meetings and in-person collaboration.
• • Requires extensive use of computers and phones, ability to sit for extended periods, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable databases.
• • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
• • Demonstrates analytical and statistical skills to evaluate, categorize, and prioritize data across multiple formats for reporting and decision-making.
• • Navigates and resolves disagreements constructively while maintaining alignment across cross-functional teams.
• • Adheres to established business hours and may be required to work occasional weekends or evenings to support critical system needs.
