- • The Senior Product Owner - Salesforce Experience leads the strategy, vision, and delivery of broker-facing and internal platforms at Innovative Financial Group (IFG), a division of Humana Inc., enhancing digital capabilities across the broker lifecycle using Salesforce Experience/Health Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning and maintaining the product roadmap and backlog, defining and prioritizing features for broker onboarding, licensing, contracting, credentialing, and commission visibility, gathering business and user requirements, translating them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, leading development of broker self-service capabilities, collaborating with Salesforce architects, developers, QA, and cross-functional teams, ensuring solutions adhere to insurance regulatory and compliance standards, driving enhancements that improve broker experience and platform adoption, leading Agile ceremonies, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and partnering with operations, distribution, and finance teams to enable dashboards, analytics, and operational reporting.
- • The team operates within Humana’s Innovative Financial Group, focusing on insurance brokerage ecosystem solutions, partnering closely with engineering, broker operations, distribution, compliance, and business leaders to build scalable, user-friendly platforms that support critical workflows.
- • In this role, the individual can deepen expertise in Salesforce platforms, strengthen Agile leadership and stakeholder management skills, drive measurable business impact through digital transformation in healthcare insurance, and advance their career in product management within a mission-driven healthcare organization.
