Full Job Description
📋 Description
- • As a Senior Product Solutions Lead on PatientPoint’s Enterprise AI and Automation team, you will own problems end-to-end—discovering what needs to be solved, designing how it should work, and building the solution yourself. This is not a traditional product management role focused on documentation; you are the builder who ships working tools that directly improve internal operations and patient-facing processes.
- • Your day-to-day will involve independently taking projects from discovery through design to delivery: identifying real problems, scoping solutions, building them, and shipping them. You will intake and triage project requests from stakeholders across the organization, conduct discovery work ranging from quick assessments to deep dives (including process mapping, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and workflow documentation), design user experiences and interfaces for internal tools, build solutions using low-code platforms and AI-assisted development tools (like Claude Code), identify automation opportunities, translate between business and technical teams, manage your own project portfolio, serve as an AI resource for the broader organization, and collaborate with engineering to scale solutions that outgrow their initial scope.
- • You will join a purpose-driven team at PatientPoint, a leading digital health company innovating to positively impact patient behaviors and improve health outcomes for millions of patients nationwide. The Enterprise AI and Automation team operates like a startup inside a larger organization, valuing autonomy, resourcefulness, and hands-on problem-solving over rigid roles or heavy oversight.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in low-code development, AI-assisted building, process analysis, and cross-functional translation. You will gain experience shipping real internal tools used by colleagues, sharpen your ability to navigate ambiguity with sound judgment, and grow as a versatile problem-solver who can shift between designer, builder, and analyst modes—all while contributing to meaningful improvements in healthcare operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in roles combining problem-solving, process improvement, and hands-on solution delivery (specific title irrelevant; experience is what matters)
- • End-to-end ownership mindset: repeatedly taking ambiguous problems and turning them into working solutions without waiting for others to define requirements, design UX, or build
- • Strong discovery and analytical skills: ability to dig into business processes, identify breakdowns, analyze data, and articulate what needs to change
- • Hands-on building experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Retool, n8n or similar), having built real tools used by real people
- • UX and design thinking: ability to create wireframes, map user flows, and design clear, functional interfaces focused on the end user
- • Comfort with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to extend what you can build and ship standalone applications when needed
- • SQL and data fluency: understanding how databases work and ability to explore data in tools like Snowflake, using AI to generate/refine queries and pull insights independently
- • Strong communication skills: ability to present findings to senior leaders, translate technical work into business terms, and write clearly
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary band of $140,000–$206,000, aligned with industry standards and adjusted for skills, qualifications, location, and experience
- • Comprehensive benefits package including flexible time off, hybrid work options, mental and emotional wellness resources, and a 401K plan
- • Opportunity to work in a purpose-driven environment improving patient behaviors and health outcomes for millions nationwide
- • Autonomy and resourcefulness encouraged: you identify problems, propose solutions, and execute without waiting to be told what to do
- • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-assisted development tools and low-code platforms in a startup-like team within a stable, growing company
- • Professional growth through varied work: shifting between designer, builder, and analyst roles while solving real operational challenges
