- • Senior Product Support Specialist at Fyxer Inc., a fast-growing AI executive assistant startup with $35M ARR, where you’ll own the front line of customer support across chat, email, and video, resolving technical issues end-to-end and acting as the connective tissue between Support, Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
- • Day to day, you’ll diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify patterns in customer feedback to drive process improvements and knowledge base content, and help scale support operations by shaping tooling, workflows, and team playbooks with minimal escalation to engineering.
- • Fyxer is a high-impact, low-bureaucracy startup that grew from $1M to $35M ARR with just 12 people, ranked 7th in Andreessen Horowitz’s top AI apps list, and on track for $100M ARR by 2026 — offering a culture of agency where exceptional people are given total ownership.
- • In this role, you’ll develop deep expertise in AI-powered SaaS products, sharpen your cross-functional influence, gain autonomy in prioritizing and solving customer problems, and grow your career rapidly by contributing to scalable support systems and strategic insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in customer or technical support within a B2B SaaS environment
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
- • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Linear, or similar platforms
- • Genuine interest in AI and the future of work, with the ability to actively use and evaluate AI in your workflow
