📋 Description

• Senior Professional Services Consultant at Wrike, a high-impact hybrid role bridging technical solution consulting with strategic professional services delivery to drive customer success and platform adoption.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include driving end-to-end customer onboarding (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Rollout, Adoption Monitoring), partnering with Sales on scoping and demos, leading technical discovery sessions and API integration design, influencing product roadmap as the voice of the customer, managing multiple engagements via Wrike and Salesforce, and mentoring junior team members.
• Join a collaborative, high-energy team of technical experts and strategic consultants working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management in a culture that values mentorship, open feedback, and a people-first mindset across Wrike’s global hubs.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations, API integrations, change management, and cross-functional leadership while accelerating customer time-to-value and contributing to Wrike’s growth through ownership of complex, end-to-end customer journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years as a Sales/Solutions Engineer AND 5+ years in project management or consulting
• Proven experience working with APIs for software integrations and automating complex workflows
• Exceptional presentation and objection-handling skills with technical and executive stakeholders
• Ability to dissect complex business processes and map them to goal-oriented Wrike implementations
• Deep understanding of change management principles and expertise in at least one key segment (e.g., PMO, Marketing/Creative, IT, or Professional Services)
