  • • As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at NICE Ltd., you will be at the forefront of delivering sophisticated customer engagement solutions, playing a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimization of NICE products such as Nice Engage, WFM, EEM, and other CXone digital solutions for enterprise contact centers.
  • • This is a customer-facing, billable position that demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strong business acumen, requiring you to engage directly with clients to thoroughly understand their unique operational challenges and strategic objectives.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to translate client needs into effective, cutting-edge solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum performance of NICE software within their existing infrastructure.
  • • You will be instrumental in the end-to-end technical implementation of NICE software solutions, which may involve on-site or remote installations, configuration, and integration, always adhering to established methodologies, processes, and system requirements.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to collaborate closely with the implementation team, providing critical technical guidance and support from the project's inception through to its successful handover to the customer support center.
  • • You will meticulously ensure that all components of the technical architecture are correctly integrated and functioning optimally, proactively identifying and resolving any design flaws or integration challenges that arise during the delivery process.
  • • A significant part of your contribution will involve assisting clients and their third-party vendors with the intricate configuration requirements for all NICE integration points within their specific IT environments.
  • • You are expected to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the entire NICE product suite, our implementation methodologies, and related technologies to provide expert-level consultation.
  • • Conducting thorough systems testing for performance, reliability, and scalability will be crucial to guarantee the robustness of the deployed solutions.
  • • You will be responsible for accurately reporting any issues encountered during implementation, engaging internal support teams for timely resolution, and escalating complex problems to higher tiers and management when necessary.
  • • Providing foundational application overviews, technical support, and ensuring technical quality control across all project phases are essential duties.
  • • You will act as a vital conduit for technical feedback, communicating customer insights and observations regarding product enhancements and fixes to our R&D and product support teams, thereby contributing to continuous product improvement.
  • • In addition to technical duties, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers to design and oversee the entire lifecycle of project rollouts, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • • You will be responsible for documenting lessons learned and resolutions, contributing valuable knowledge to the NICE Knowledge Base to benefit future projects and teams.
  • • Ensuring smooth project execution will require strong inter-departmental coordination and maintaining clear, consistent communication channels with all stakeholders.
  • • Regular, proactive interaction with client teams is expected to deeply understand their pain points, present tailored solutions, and maintain alignment on project progress and outcomes.
  • • Flexibility is key, as the role may require availability for after-hours and weekend activities to meet project deadlines and client needs.
  • • You will be encouraged to promote and leverage the use of AI tools to enhance decision-making and drive operational efficiency across various business units, staying ahead of technological advancements.
