📋 Description
- • Manage and execute all Stars, Clinical, and Pharmacy projects for the In-home Health and Well-being Assessment (IHWA) Team, ensuring alignment with clinical quality goals.
- • Continue delivery of existing Stars programs within the IHWA framework while identifying and prioritizing opportunities to enhance clinical value through collaboration with Stars, Clinical, and Pharmacy partners.
- • Monitor and lead oversight of in-home visit data collection processes to ensure real-time visibility, accuracy, and compliance with Stars requirements and organizational policies.
- • Oversee operational performance dashboards, proactively detecting anomalies, coordinating resolutions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for Stars-related data discrepancies, verifying member-level data integrity and implementing corrective actions.
- • Review and communicate program outcomes to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights for clinical and operational teams.
- • Make independent decisions on moderately complex to complex technical approaches for project components, operating with minimal direction.
- • Provide consolidated budget tracking for Stars and Follow-Up teams, validating vendor invoicing and data files in coordination with Finance.
- • Work independently across multiple organizational stakeholders to align project execution with strategic objectives and compliance standards.
- • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and PHI protection protocols by working from a dedicated, interruption-free workspace.
- • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training sessions or required meetings, despite the remote nature of the role.
- • Operate within a 40-hour weekly schedule with accountability for delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines and high-pressure conditions.
- • Apply advanced analytical skills using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL to evaluate metrics, identify care gaps, and track trends in clinical and program performance.
- • Exercise exceptional judgment and discretion in handling sensitive member data and making decisions that impact program outcomes and regulatory compliance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years' experience in Stars and HEDIS
- • 3+ years vendor or project management experience
- • Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- • Experience working independently with multiple stakeholders across the organization
- • Understanding of metrics, trends, and ability to identify gaps in care
- • Ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and deliver quality work under pressure
