- ⢠The Senior Program Development Lead, Nutrition at Equip Health Inc. plays a pivotal role in advancing evidence-based eating disorder treatment by designing and implementing nutrition-focused clinical services, protocols, and educational materials that directly support patient recovery across all 50 states. This role is critical to ensuring Equipâs virtual treatment program remains clinically rigorous, scalable, and aligned with best practices in medical nutrition therapy and eating disorder care.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, evaluating, and implementing clinical guidelines, dietary interventions, and support programs; preparing strategic development plans for new initiatives; creating content for provider and patient resources; leading small cross-functional project teams; serving as a subject matter expert on larger interdisciplinary teams; producing reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes to stakeholders; conducting administrative tasks to support program rollout; and contributing to ongoing quality improvement efforts.
- ⢠The Program Development team at Equip is a mission-driven, collaborative unit composed of clinicians, researchers, and operational experts dedicated to building scalable, effective eating disorder treatments. Working under the Director of Program Development, this role partners closely with therapists, physicians, dietitians, peer mentors, and product teams to translate clinical insights into actionable, patient-centered solutions.
- ⢠In this role, the individual will deepen their expertise in eating disorder nutrition, gain hands-on experience in clinical program design and implementation within a fast-growing health tech organization, and develop leadership and project management skills by guiding cross-functional initiatives from concept to deployment. They will also contribute to Equipâs nationally recognized outcomes and help shape the future of virtual eating disorder care.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠Masterâs degree from a US-accredited institution with coursework accredited or approved by ACEND (Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics).
- ⢠6â8 years of professional experience in eating disorders, nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, or a closely related clinical field.
- ⢠Demonstrated experience developing clinical protocols, products, or services in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
