Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the full lifecycle of high-impact programs that sit at the intersection of Partner Experience, Data, and Billing—initiatives that directly shape how thousands of NMI partners interact with our platform and how they monetize their services.
- • Act as the single point of accountability for program vision, roadmap, and execution, translating executive strategy into a sequenced backlog of epics, milestones, and deliverables that Engineering, Product, Finance, and Partner Success teams can rally behind.
- • Establish and maintain a living program charter that clarifies scope, objectives, success metrics, risk appetite, and stakeholder roles; update it continuously so that every squad, exec, and external partner has a single source of truth.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment by orchestrating rituals that matter—quarterly planning summits, weekly steering committees, daily scrum-of-scrums—ensuring dependencies are surfaced early, decisions are documented, and blockers are removed within 24 hours.
- • Champion transparent communication through executive dashboards, partner-facing release notes, and internal “Ask Me Anything” sessions; distill complex technical trade-offs into crisp narratives that resonate with engineers, CFOs, and ISOs alike.
- • Embed yourself in the details without losing the big picture—review architecture spikes, validate billing edge-cases, and still zoom out to measure program ROI against NMI’s annual revenue and retention targets.
- • Lead risk management proactively: maintain a living RAID log, run pre-mortems before every major release, and negotiate contingency budgets so that partner SLAs and financial reporting deadlines are never in jeopardy.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by instituting program-level retrospectives, publishing post-launch impact reports, and feeding lessons learned back into NMI’s scaled-agile playbook.
- • Influence portfolio-level prioritization by presenting data-driven recommendations to the Innovation & Delivery Enablement leadership team, ensuring Partner Experience and Data/Billing initiatives receive the right talent, funding, and executive air cover.
- • Mentor junior program managers and scrum masters, sharing templates, facilitation techniques, and stakeholder-management playbooks that raise the delivery maturity of the entire organization.
- • Serve as the voice of the partner during roadmap discussions—translate ISO feedback, churn signals, and billing disputes into user stories that Engineering can size and Product can prioritize.
- • Collaborate with Finance and Data Engineering to design telemetry that surfaces real-time partner profitability, usage patterns, and billing anomalies; use these insights to refine program scope and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- • Ensure all deliverables meet NMI’s security, compliance, and accessibility standards by embedding PCI-DSS controls, SOC-2 evidence collection, and WCAG checkpoints into every definition of done.
- • Own the go-to-market orchestration for each program increment—coordinate release communications, training webinars, and migration playbooks so partners adopt new capabilities with zero disruption.
- • Measure what matters: define OKRs that tie partner NPS, billing accuracy, and time-to-revenue to program outcomes; iterate quarterly based on empirical data rather than intuition.
