As a Virtual Assistant focused on marketing, you will be instrumental in executing strategies that connect us with our target audience and foster lasting relationships.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the comprehensive management of our social media channels. This involves developing and implementing engaging content strategies across various platforms, monitoring performance, and interacting with our online community to build brand loyalty and drive engagement. You will be the voice of our brand online, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • • A key aspect of this role is the creation of compelling visual assets. You will be tasked with designing branded graphics and producing engaging videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. This requires a keen eye for design and proficiency in creative tools to produce high-impact visuals that capture attention and communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • • Lead generation and meticulous follow-up are at the core of this position. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads through various marketing initiatives, nurturing these leads through the sales funnel, and ensuring timely and effective follow-up to convert them into patients. This requires a systematic approach to tracking and managing leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • • Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is crucial. You will ensure all patient and lead information is entered and managed correctly, providing valuable insights for marketing and sales efforts. A well-maintained CRM is essential for personalized communication and effective campaign management.
  • • You will actively collaborate in the creation of engaging newsletters, targeted email campaigns, and valuable downloadable resources. This involves contributing creative ideas, assisting with content development, and ensuring these materials are aligned with our overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
