• • The Senior Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives at Fireblocks will serve as the operational backbone for mission-critical company initiatives, partnering directly with the Chief of Staff to the CEO to lead cross-functional strategic efforts, primarily focused on post-merger integrations and large-scale transformation projects.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading end-to-end M&A integration execution, serving as the primary point of contact for acquired teams, building and reporting integration KPIs, developing integration playbooks and frameworks, and orchestrating stakeholder alignment across departments to ensure seamless execution and retention.
• • Fireblocks is a leading enterprise platform for digital asset businesses, trusted by major financial institutions and Web3 companies, securing over $10T in digital assets and serving 2,400+ global customers since its founding in 2018.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in scaling M&A processes, gain visibility into executive decision-making, build repeatable operational frameworks, and strengthen cross-functional leadership and influence skills in a high-growth, innovative fintech environment.
