- • As a Senior Program Manager in Trade Relations at Prime Therapeutics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic programs that directly impact how pharmacy benefits are delivered across diverse market segments, ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational execution to support Prime’s mission of connecting care beyond profits.
- • You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of trade relations programs—from planning and stakeholder collaboration to implementation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement—ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
- • Prime Therapeutics is a purpose-driven Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) redefining industry standards by prioritizing patient care, affordability, and innovation; this role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, enabling the company to adapt to evolving healthcare landscapes while maintaining strong partnerships across the pharmaceutical supply chain.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing operational plans for assigned lines of business, collaborating with cross-functional teams (including clinical, finance, IT, and vendor management) to ensure seamless program rollout, analyzing performance data against key metrics, and designing solutions to address gaps or emerging opportunities.
- • You will manage products and programs by implementing tools and enhancements that support new strategies, partner with business units to build compelling business cases for program enhancements or new initiatives, and proactively identify interdependencies and risks to ensure alignment across all work efforts.
- • A significant part of your role will involve anticipating challenges through critical thinking, managing competing priorities in a self-directed environment, and leveraging proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- • You will also contribute to a culture of compliance and security by adhering to all internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and participating in mandatory security training and attestations as part of Prime’s enterprise-wide risk management framework.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience (HS diploma or GED required)
- • Minimum 5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare consulting
- • At least 1 year of direct project or program management experience
- • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship or residency authorization
- • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentation
- • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed environment with strong critical thinking, issue anticipation, and innovative problem-solving skills
