This pivotal role is instrumental in executing our proprietary Customer Generation methodology, ensuring that our clients, particularly in the SaaS and B2B tech sectors, achieve significant and measurable growth. You will be a key player in shaping the future of performance marketing by driving innovative strategies and executing campaigns with precision and impact.
- • In this client-facing role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the comprehensive management of programmatic campaigns. This includes developing sophisticated media strategies in collaboration with internal creative, analytics, and account teams, ensuring a cohesive and impactful campaign execution. You will be adept at leveraging both first-party and third-party data to define precise audience segments and targeting parameters, a critical component for success in today's competitive landscape. A significant part of your role will involve the hands-on planning and setup of programmatic campaigns across leading Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360 and The Trade Desk, meticulously optimizing these campaigns to meet and exceed performance and pacing goals. You will be responsible for generating detailed performance reports, extracting actionable insights, and formulating strategic recommendations for clients. Furthermore, you will proactively identify and resolve any issues related to campaign performance and delivery, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies, with a preference for B2B experience.
- • Hands-on expertise in media buying, including building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in The Trade Desk (TTD) and DV360.
- • Proven track record in Programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
- • Strong understanding of how programmatic and other paid/organic channels work together to surpass client KPIs.
- • Experience successfully driving programmatic growth for B2B/SaaS clients with budgets over $50k/month.
- • Excellent cross-collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- • Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- • Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
