📋 Description

• As a Senior Programme Manager (Engagement Manager) at Kong Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of professional services, ensuring client satisfaction, and optimizing project outcomes in the IT industry.
• Day to day, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead project planning and execution, manage resources, implement quality assurance, identify and mitigate risks, communicate project status, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• You will join Kong’s Professional Services team, supporting a company that builds API and AI connectivity technologies trusted by Fortune 500 companies and startups to secure, manage, accelerate, govern, and monetize intelligence flow across APIs and AI models.
• In this role, you can develop strategic client engagement skills, strengthen cross-functional leadership, deepen expertise in professional services delivery, and contribute to process improvement in a high-growth technology environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar role within Professional Services
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
